In the free version of Aegiron Vault, all your data is stored locally on your device and includes:

• 2FA codes
• Personal notes
• Reminders and deadlines

Important: In the free version, no data is transmitted to our servers. All information remains encrypted and stored locally on your device.

2.2 Paid Version (Cloud Sync)

When you upgrade to the paid version, additional data may be synced with our secure servers:

• All data from the free version
• Important documents and files
• AI analysis creating reminders
• Account information for cloud synchronization

5.2 Paid Version

Your data is retained on our secure servers as long as your subscription is active. You can request data deletion at any time.

6. Use of Google User Data

When you connect your Google Account to Aegiron Vault, we request access to your Google Calendar only to read and manage your events in order to provide reminders and calendar synchronization within the app.

• We do not share, sell, transfer, or disclose your Google Calendar data to any third parties.
• We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, marketing, analytics, or unrelated purposes.
• Google Calendar data is used exclusively to provide and improve the functionality of Aegiron Vault (reminders, notifications, and calendar synchronization).
• Google Calendar data is never transmitted to OpenAI, Cloudflare R2, Railway, or any other third-party providers.
• If you enable cloud sync, Google Calendar data is stored securely only on our servers for the sole purpose of providing app functionality.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services for certain features of Aegiron Vault. None of these services ever receive or process Google Calendar data:

• OpenAI: For AI document analysis (paid version only, not related to Google Calendar data)
• Cloudflare R2: For secure file storage (paid version only, not related to Google Calendar data)
• Railway: For application hosting and infrastructure

Important: Google Calendar data is never shared, transferred, or disclosed to these services or any other third parties.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: View and export your data
• Correction: Update or modify your information
• Deletion: Request complete data removal
• Opt-out: Discontinue cloud sync (paid version)

9. Children's Privacy

Aegiron Vault is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
