How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Aegiron Vault account directly through the mobile application. Follow these steps to permanently remove your account and all associated data.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1Open Aegiron Vault App
Launch the Aegiron Vault application on your mobile device.
2Navigate to Settings
Tap on the settings icon (gear icon) in the top-right corner of the main screen.
3Access Account Settings
Scroll down and tap on "Account Settings" or "Account Management".
4Find Delete Account Option
Look for "Delete Account" or "Remove Account" option at the bottom of the account settings.
5Confirm Deletion
You will be prompted to:
- Enter your password for security verification
- Type "DELETE" to confirm your intention
- Read and acknowledge the final warning
6Account Deletion Process
Once confirmed, your account deletion will be processed immediately. You will be logged out and returned to the login screen.

All stored passwords and login credentials
Notes
All personal notes and text data
Checklists
All task lists and checklist items
Reminders
All scheduled reminders and deadlines
Files
All uploaded documents and files (paid version)
AI Analysis
All AI-generated analysis and insights (paid version)
Version-Specific Information
Free Version Users
For free version users, account deletion will:
- Remove all locally stored data from your device
- Clear all app settings and preferences
- Delete any cached information
- No server-side data to remove (all data is local)
Paid Version Users
For paid version users, account deletion will:
- Remove all locally stored data from your device
- Permanently delete all data from our secure servers
- Cancel your subscription and billing
- Remove all cloud-synced files and documents
- Delete all AI analysis results and insights
- Clear all account information and preferences
Before You Delete
Consider the following before proceeding with account deletion:
- Backup Important Data: Export any important passwords, notes, or files you want to keep
- Cancel Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, it will be automatically cancelled
- Alternative Options: Consider if you just need to reset your data rather than delete your account
- Future Access: You will need to create a new account if you want to use Aegiron Vault again
Data Recovery
Important: Once your account is deleted, there is no way to recover your data. The deletion process is designed to be permanent and irreversible for your privacy and security.
